Terms & Conditions

Last updated 2 September 2026

These terms govern the purchase and use of tickets to events organised by Addison Hoffman (“we”, “us”). By purchasing a ticket you agree to them. Please read the sections on risk, refunds, and liability carefully.

1. What we do

We organise and sell prepaid tickets to scheduled golf outings for women in the New York metropolitan area. We are the event organiser and the merchant of record. We purchase tee times, car service, and restaurant covers directly from those vendors in our own name and resell them to guests as a single packaged experience.

Our customers are individual consumers who register on this website for a named, dated event.

2. What a ticket includes

Each ticket is a single all-in price for one specific, dated event, and covers:

Anything not listed above is not included — including personal equipment hire, additional food or drink ordered outside the arranged menu, gratuities beyond those stated, and personal expenses. If you are unsure of what the outing fee covers, please ask – we will always provide a detailed list.

3. Booking and payment

Tickets are sold for a named date and are purchased in advance through this website. The price of each outing is shown on its own page before you book, and differs between outings and between ticket types. Payment is taken in full at the time of booking. Your place is held while you complete payment and is confirmed only once payment has been taken in full.

Prices are stated in US dollars and include our coordination fee. Payment is processed by Stripe, our payment provider; we do not store your card details.

4. Cancellations and refunds

If you cancel: tickets are refundable up to 72 hoursbefore the event start time, and you can cancel yourself from the event’s page for as long as that window is open. After that point tickets are non-refundable, because tee times, car service, and restaurant covers have been committed and paid for on your behalf. You may transfer your place to another guest by notifying us in writing before the event.

If we cancel: if we cancel an event for any reason, you will receive a full refund of the ticket price. That refund is our entire liability to you for a cancelled event; we are not responsible for other costs you may have incurred, such as travel to Manhattan or time away from work.

5. Changes, weather, and minimum numbers

Golf is weather-dependent. We may alter the course, the format, the restaurant, the timings, or the itinerary where circumstances require it, and we will tell you as soon as we reasonably can. A substantially equivalent substitution is not a cancellation and does not entitle you to a refund.

Events run subject to a minimum number of guests. If that minimum is not met we may cancel and refund in full under section 4.

6. Golf, and your assumption of risk

Golf carries inherent risks, including being struck by a ball or club, injury from the use of a golf cart, uneven ground, and weather exposure. By attending you accept those risks.

You are responsible for judging your own fitness to take part. Please tell us in advance of any medical condition, mobility limitation, or allergy that we or our vendors should know about. You must follow the safety rules, dress code, and cart policies of the host course, and the instructions of its staff.

7. Ground transportation

Ground transportation is provided by a licensed third-party car service, not by us. We arrange and pay for it on your behalf. Pick-up and drop-off run to a published schedule; if you miss the departure, reaching the event is your own responsibility and no refund is due.

8. Food, drink, and alcohol

Dinner is prepared and served by the restaurant. Tell us about dietary requirements and allergies when you book; we will pass them on, but we cannot guarantee an allergen-free kitchen and we do not control the restaurant’s preparation.

Some dinners include a beverage pairing tier. We do not sell, ship, or resell alcohol as a standalone product. Where wine is included, it is selected, poured, and served by the licensed restaurant as part of a prepaid group meal on its premises, at its discretion and subject to its licence. Guests served alcohol must be 21 or over and may be asked for identification. The restaurant may refuse service. A non-alcoholic pairing is offered on dates where a pairing is available.

9. Multi-day trips

A small number of events each year are multi-day golf weekends at resorts, typically two to three nights with lodging and golf included, booked through the resort’s group desk. These are sold on the same basis: a dated, all-in ticket for one specific trip, purchased 60 to 120 days in advance.

Multi-day trips may carry their own deposit, payment, and cancellation schedule set by the resort. Where they do, that schedule is stated at the point of sale and takes precedence over section 4. Travel to and from the resort is not included unless expressly stated. We strongly recommend your own travel insurance.

10. What we do not sell

We do not sell memberships, subscriptions, recurring services, investment or financial products, gambling, or open-ended travel credits. A ticket is valid only for the single dated event it was sold for and has no cash value.

11. Conduct

We want these days to be relaxed and welcoming. We may refuse entry to, or remove, any guest whose behaviour is unsafe, abusive, or materially spoils the event for others, or who breaches the host venue’s rules. No refund is due in that case.

12. Photography

We may take photographs at events for our own promotional use. Tell us at the event if you would prefer not to appear, and we will not use images in which you are identifiable.

13. Liability

We are responsible for organising the event and for selecting the vendors we engage. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of the golf course, restaurant, car service, or resort, each of which is an independent business.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you arising out of or relating to any event is limited to the ticket price you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

14. Privacy

We collect only what we need to run the event and contact you about it: your name, email address, phone number, and any dietary or accessibility information you give us. We share the necessary details with the vendors for your event. We do not sell your data. To ask what we hold or have it deleted, email info@addisonhoffman.com.

15. Contact and governing law
